家長及法定監護人同意書指引

心教教育 Blissfulife Education（由 Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司營運；分行商業登記號碼 77029697-002-09-26-4；電郵 info@blissfulife.academy）重視青少年及未成年學生的網絡安全與個人資料私隱。本指引旨在協助家長或法定監護人了解並同意 13 至 17 歲子女使用心教教育平台服務之相關事宜。

1. 年齡規定與基本守則

• 未滿 13 歲：不可註冊或使用本平台任何服務。
• 13 至 17 歲未成年人：註冊及使用帳戶前，必須取得家長或法定監護人之知情同意，並由家長或監護人監督其使用。
• 年滿 18 歲：方可作為付款人進行任何購買或付費訂閱。未成年人不得自行付費。

2. 未成年人專屬保護措施

1. AI 功能保護：因應 AI 服務供應商條款及青少年保護原則，未滿 18 歲帳戶暫不開放使用 AI 生成功能，系統會自動轉為靜態學習指南。
2. 玄學模組限制：宗教文化與玄學模組（Metaphysics）僅供年滿 18 歲之成年用戶自願參考，不對未成年人開放。
3. 個人私隱預設保護：未滿 18 歲帳戶在排行榜、龍虎榜及 Global Pulse 預設隱藏，不向公眾或其他用戶公開個人資料。
4. 禁絕直接促銷：平台絕對不會向未滿 18 歲用戶發送任何直接促銷或商業推廣訊息。

3. 家長與監護人的權利

作為家長或法定監護人，您享有以下權利：

• 隨時查閱及了解子女在心教教育平台的帳戶使用與學習紀錄；
• 要求查閱、更正或更新子女所登記的個人資料；
• 隨時以書面通知心教合規團隊撤回同意，並要求終止帳戶及刪除子女的個人資料；
• 就任何平台安全或私隱疑問，直接聯絡合規團隊獲取協助。

4. 同意確認方式

家長可透過以下兩種方式之一完成同意確認：

1. 電郵確認：於子女登記帳戶時，系統會發送確認電郵至家長電郵地址，家長點擊電郵內的驗證連結即完成授權。
2. 書面或電郵直遞：家長亦可將包含學生帳戶電郵、學生姓名、家長姓名、聯絡電話及「本人確認為上述學生之家長或法定監護人，並同意其使用心教教育平台」之聲明，電郵至 聯絡電郵（郵件主旨：家長同意確認 Guardian Consent）。

These guidelines explain the consent process for parents and legal guardians of users aged 13 to 17.

1. Age Requirements

• Under 13: May not create an account or use Blissfulife Education services.
• Ages 13 to 17: Require verifiable parental or guardian consent before activating and using an account. Parents/guardians must supervise usage.
• Ages 18 and Over: Only adults aged 18 or above may act as payers for any purchases or subscriptions. Minors may not make purchases themselves.

2. Minor Safeguards

1. AI Feature Safeguards: Under-18 accounts cannot use AI generation features and are provided with static curriculum study guides.
2. Metaphysics Restriction: Metaphysics and divination modules are strictly restricted to users aged 18 and over.
3. Privacy by Default: Under-18 accounts are hidden from public leaderboards and Global Pulse by default.
4. No Direct Marketing: We never direct-market or send advertising to users under 18.

3. Rights of Parents and Guardians

• Review your child's study progress and account activity;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your child's personal data;
• Withdraw your consent at any time and request account termination;
• Contact our compliance team directly for child safety and privacy matters.

4. Verification Methods

1. Email Verification: When a minor registers, an authorization link is sent to the parent/guardian email to confirm consent.
2. Direct Email: Parents may also email 聯絡電郵 with the subject "Guardian Consent Confirmation", providing student account email, parent name, contact number, and statement of consent.
