版權投訴政策及指引

心教教育 Blissfulife Education（由 Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司營運；分行商業登記號碼 77029697-002-09-26-4；電郵 info@blissfulife.academy）高度尊重知識產權，並致力遵守香港特別行政區《版權條例》（第 528 章）及相關法規。

1. 適用範圍

本指引適用於心教教育及其旗下所有網頁與子系統（包括主站 blissfulife.academy、join.blissfulife.academy、hub.blissfulife.academy 及各 OS 模組）。心教教育平台上的練習卷與教學題目均由心教或 AI 原創生成，並非香港考試及評核局（考評局）或其他考試機構的試卷。

2. 提交版權侵權通知（Notice of Claimed Infringement）

若您是版權擁有人或其合法授權代表，並真誠相信心教教育平台上的任何內容侵犯了您的版權，請向我們的合規團隊發送書面投訴通知。通知須包含下列資料：

權利人身份資料：投訴人的姓名、機構或公司名稱、聯絡地址、電話號碼及電郵地址；
受侵權作品說明：被指侵犯版權的原創作品詳細描述及版權歸屬證明；
侵權內容的具體位置：涉嫌侵權之材料於本平台的完整 URL 網址、頁面截圖或足夠讓心教團隊定位該內容的確切說明；
真誠誠信聲明：註明「本人真誠相信，上述涉嫌侵權之內容使用方式未獲版權持有人、其代理人或法律授權」；
資料真實性與授權保證聲明：註明「本人聲明此通知內的資料均屬完整真實準確，並在知悉虛假陳述法律責任之情況下，確認本人為版權持有人或已獲合法授權代表版權持有人行事」；
簽署：版權持有人或其合法代理人的實體簽名或合資格電子簽署。

3. 投訴渠道及專用聯絡

請將包含上述資料的完整投訴通知電郵至：

4. 審核及處理流程

處理時限：我們在收到合規格通知後 2 個工作天內處理。經審核確認具有充分侵權理據的內容，心教會迅速移除或限制存取該內容，並通報上載或建立該內容之用戶。
重複侵權者政策：對於多次或蓄意侵犯他人知識產權的帳戶，心教保留暫停或永久終止其帳戶服務的權利。

5. 反通知程序（Counter-Notice）

如有關內容的上載者認為其內容因誤認、合理使用或已獲合法授權而被錯誤移除，上載者可向合規團隊發出反通知，提供身分證明、相關內容位置說明及合法依據。心教會在核實後依法妥善跟進處理。

Copyright Complaints Policy and Guidelines

Blissfulife Education (operated by Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司; branch business registration number 77029697-002-09-26-4; email: info@blissfulife.academy) respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to compliance with the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong.

1. Scope

This policy applies across blissfulife.academy and all its subdomains and fleet modules. Practice exercises and questions provided on our platform are original or AI-generated by Blissfulife and are not examination papers of the HKEAA or any other examination authority.

2. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Blissfulife Education infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

Contact Information: Your full name, organisation/company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Location of Infringing Material: The exact URL, screenshot, or detailed location on our platform where the infringing material is located;
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner;
Signature: A physical or qualified electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.

4. Response Procedure

Response Time: We will process valid notices within 2 business days upon receipt. Upon verification, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the uploading user.
Repeat Infringers: Accounts involved in repeated copyright infringement will be suspended or terminated.

5. Counter-Notice

If a user believes in good faith that removed material was misidentified or removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice explaining the legal basis and supporting evidence to our Compliance Manager for review.
