心教教育 Blissfulife Education
本服務及相關收款與合約主體為 心教教育 Blissfulife Education（由 Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司營運；以分行名稱「心教教育 Blissfulife Education」經營；分行商業登記號碼 77029697-002-09-26-4；電郵 info@blissfulife.academy）（「心教」或「我們」）提供，網址 blissfulife.academy 及其子站。本條款與《私隱政策》、《退款政策》、《社群守則》及（如適用）《一對一陪練服務條款》一併適用。
(a) 未滿 13 歲人士不可使用。(b) 13 至 17 歲須由家長或監護人同意本條款後才可啟用帳戶；家長或監護人須監督其使用。(c) 付款人必須年滿 18 歲，並以本人的付款方式付款。(d) 你須提供真實的出生年份；帳戶只供本人使用，不可轉讓或與他人共用。
(a) 部分功能使用第三方 AI（Google Gemini）。AI 結果可能不準確、不完整或過時，只供學習參考；重要決定（例如選科、升學）請同時參考老師或專業意見。(b) AI 評分是按公開評分準則所作的估算，不是香港考試及評核局（考評局）或任何考試機構的成績，亦不保證你在真實考試取得相同分數。(c) 由於 AI 供應商條款現時只容許 18 歲或以上人士使用，未滿 18 歲帳戶暫時不能使用 AI 功能（見《私隱政策》B11）。(d) 不要輸入他人的個人資料或敏感資料。(e) AI 回覆不構成醫療、心理、法律或財務意見。
你上載或輸入的作文、答卷及其他內容（「你的內容」），版權仍屬你或原有權利人。你授予心教非獨家、免版稅的許可，只為提供及改善本服務所需而儲存、處理及傳送你的內容（包括交給《私隱政策》所列的 AI 供應商處理）。你保證你有權上載你的內容。請不要上載你沒有權利使用的課本、試卷、評分參考或他人作品。
(a) 本平台的練習卷、題目及解說由心教或 AI 原創生成，並非考評局或任何考試機構的試卷，與考評局、IELTS 或任何考試機構沒有聯繫，亦未獲其認可。(b) 平台軟件、設計及心教原創內容的權利屬心教或其授權人。(c) AI 生成的練習卷：在香港法律容許的範圍內，相關權利屬心教；心教授予你非獨家許可，作個人學習之用；老師可在其課廳或班別內作非商業教學之用。你不可出售、轉售或大量發布。(d) AI 內容在香港法律下是否有版權，未有定論；本條不構成任何保證。
(a) Credits 只可用於兌換心教自身提供的服務；不可轉讓、贈送或出售予其他用戶，不可兌換現金，亦不可在其他品牌、商戶或第三方使用。(b) 各功能扣多少 Credits 見平台界面說明；我們會在你使用功能前顯示所需 Credits。(c) Pro Max 每月發放 500 Credits，於該月結束時重設；另購的 Credits 包不設到期日。(d) 免費嚮導不扣 Credits。(e) 退款按《退款政策》。(f) 每日簽到活動免費派發之 Credits 屬推廣贈送（每日簽到送 4 Credits，連續簽到第 7 日另加 10 Credits，之後由第 1 日重新計算），只可在心教平台使用，不可轉讓或兌換現金。簽到所得的免費 Credits 不設退款，亦不計入 7 日退款。
價錢、內容及每月 Credits 以結帳頁顯示為準。經 Stripe 購買的月費或一季會按月或按季自動續費，直至你取消；你可隨時在帳單入口（Billing Portal）取消，取消後在已付週期完結時停止，不會再收費。經 KPay 購買的是預付 30 日或 90 日，不會自動續費。我們如要加價，會在下一期收費前最少 30 日通知你，你可在生效前取消。
使用課廳功能的老師或補習導師，須自行確保 (a) 其教學活動符合《教育條例》（第 279 章）的註冊要求；(b) 已就上載或貼上學生答卷取得所需同意（學生未滿 18 歲時為家長或監護人同意）；(c) 不上載未經授權的課本或試卷。心教只提供工具，並非該老師或導師的僱主或辦學者。學校方案另按學校合約及《資料處理附錄》處理。
宗教殿、靈性所、Metaphysics 及 Game 的內容只供文化認識、哲學思考、娛樂及自我反思之用，不是宗教指導、預言、心理評估或醫療意見，亦不保證任何結果。如你面對健康、心理或其他重大困難，請尋求專業人士協助。Metaphysics（玄學）只供年滿 18 歲人士使用。
(a) 我們會以合理謹慎及技術提供服務。(b) 因第三方服務（例如 AI 供應商、雲端、付款服務商）停止或中斷，我們會盡快通知你，並按《退款政策》處理。(c) 在法律容許的範圍內，我們對你不能合理預見的間接損失不負責任。(d) 本條款不會排除或限制你在香港法律下不能排除或限制的權利，包括《管制免責條款條例》（第 71 章）、《服務提供（隱含條款）條例》（第 457 章）、《不合情理合約條例》（第 458 章）及《商品說明條例》（第 362 章）下的權利；亦不排除我們因疏忽引致死亡或人身傷害的責任。
如你嚴重違反本條款或《社群守則》，我們可在書面說明理由後暫停或終止帳戶；情況緊急（例如危害他人安全）時可先暫停後通知。已付款項按《退款政策》第 11 條處理。你可隨時刪除帳戶。
如你認為平台內容侵犯你的版權，請參閱《版權投訴政策》（/copyright-complaints）或電郵 info@blissfulife.academy，列明作品、位置及你的聯絡資料。我們會在收到合規格通知後 2 個工作天內處理。
重大改動會在生效前最少 30 日以應用內通知或電郵告知你（未滿 18 歲用戶同時通知家長或監護人）。你不同意可在生效前停止使用並按《退款政策》申請合資格退款。
中文版本與英文版本具同等效力；如有歧義，以對你較有利的解釋為準。本條款受香港法律管轄。
The service is provided by Ourealife International Limited 皇極道集團有限公司 (trading through its branch "心教教育 Blissfulife Education"; branch business registration number 77029697-002-09-26-4; email info@blissfulife.academy) ("Blissfulife", "we" or "us") at blissfulife.academy and its sub-sites. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Community Guidelines and (where applicable) the 1-on-1 Coaching Terms.
(a) People under 13 may not use the service. (b) Users aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms before the account is activated; the parent or guardian must supervise their use. (c) The payer must be 18 or over and use their own payment method. (d) You must give your true year of birth; accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
(a) Some features use third-party AI (Google Gemini). AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and are for learning reference only. (b) AI scores are estimates based on public marking criteria. They are not results of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) or any examination body, and do not guarantee the same score in a real exam. (c) Because our AI provider's terms currently only allow use by people aged 18 or over, accounts of users under 18 cannot use AI features for now (see Privacy Policy B11). (d) Do not enter other people's personal data or sensitive data. (e) AI responses are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Copyright in content you upload stays with you or the original rights holder. You give Blissfulife a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service. Please do not upload textbooks, exam papers, marking references or others' works you have no right to use.
(a) Practice papers, questions and explanations are original or AI-generated by Blissfulife. They are not papers of the HKEAA or any examination body. Blissfulife has no connection with, and is not endorsed by, the HKEAA, IELTS or any examination body. (b) Rights in the software, design and original content belong to Blissfulife or its licensors. (c) To the extent Hong Kong law allows, rights in AI-generated practice papers belong to Blissfulife. You receive a non-exclusive licence for personal study. Teachers may use them for non-commercial teaching in their class. You may not sell or publish them at scale. (d) Whether AI content has copyright under Hong Kong law is unsettled. This clause gives no warranty.
(a) Credits can only be used for services provided by Blissfulife. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged for cash, or used with third parties. (b) The cost of each feature is shown in the platform interface. (c) The 500 Credits issued each month under Pro Max reset at the end of each billing cycle. Separately bought packs do not expire. (d) The free guide does not deduct Credits. (e) Refunds follow the Refund Policy. (f) Free Credits awarded from daily check-ins are promotional gifts (4 Credits per daily check-in, plus an additional 10 Credits on the 7th consecutive day, after which the streak restarts from day 1) and may only be used on the Blissfulife platform. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Free promotional credits obtained from daily check-ins are non-refundable and are not eligible for the 7-day refund policy.
Price and contents are as shown at checkout. Stripe plans renew automatically until you cancel in the Billing Portal. KPay plans are prepaid for 30 or 90 days and do not auto-renew. A price rise will be notified at least 30 days before the next charge.
Teachers must themselves meet the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279), obtain consent to upload student answers, and not upload unauthorised textbooks or papers. Blissfulife only provides tools.
This content is for cultural understanding, reflection and entertainment. It is not religious direction, prediction, psychological assessment or medical advice. Metaphysics is only for people aged 18 or over.
We will use reasonable care and skill. These terms do not exclude any right under Hong Kong law that cannot be excluded, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or end an account for a serious breach, with reasons in writing. Urgent safety cases may be suspended first. Refunds follow section 11 of the Refund Policy.
Please refer to our Copyright Complaints Policy (/copyright-complaints) or email info@blissfulife.academy with the work, location and your contact details. We will process valid notices within 2 business days upon receipt.
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect.
The Chinese and English versions have equal effect. If they differ, the interpretation more favourable to you applies. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
